slow drifting on the mekong river on a boat going to luang probang. lush jungles with palm trees, autumn foliage with specks of red, beautiful.  tiny villages, bamboo settlements, buffaloes in the water. the boat would stop to drop off supplies, kids welcome their family. wow.
